How long will my ad stay posted for? |

Free Classified, Community and Real Estate ads will stay live for a maximum of 90 days. You can choose a lesser time if your posting is date sensitive when you list. |

If I live in a state other than Utah can I post? |

You can , but until we start promotions in that state your response rate may be lower. We plan to add additional states according to the number of requests for that state. This season Utah is our primary focus.

How does Snowlist make money? |

At this time we really don't! We have an idea that we believe in and are offering as we think the Utah Mountain Community needs a place like Snowlist to comunicate. We do offer showcase listings, but as time goes on we plan to add affiliates. |

Are showcase listings worth the money? |

Showcase listings seem to get at least double the views. Views are listings that people actually click on to open as opposed to reading part of them in the list. In some cases it's triple or more views. Showcase listings show up ahead of other properties and display more information. They also stay listed for one entire year. We understand that real estate can take a long time to sell sometimes , especially higher end properties and feel that this 365 days listing is a real benefit to sellers. With regard to Vacation lodging, the fact is the property is always available for rent so a one year program at the prices we are offering is a deal! |

The search criteria I entered doesn't work. |

We have been making upgrades to the site and adding new categories. Some of the older listings do not have the same criteria in them to sort by so for instance a search by number of bedrooms might not always bring up all the properties. We suggest that you don't get too exact with your search criteria just yet until those older listings have not been renewed. |

What's the difference between a free ad and a showcase ad? |
|

Our free ads allow up to 500 characters and four photos and there is no cost. they stay live for up to 3 months. The showcase ads allow up to 10 photos that are displayed in a gallery format and unlimited text. We also list those postings first in our list of properties and will soon be featuring them also on the home page. They will stay live for one entire year. |
